Operatör panelli PLC eğitim setinin hazırlanması

Abstract

Günümüzde teknoloji ve otomasyon sistemlerindeki gelişmelere paralel olarak PLC, HMI, invertör gibi cihazlar ile enkoder ve sensörlerin kullanımı her geçen gün çoğalarak artmaktadır. Bu cihazlar basit veya karmaşık kontrol sistemleri oluşturabildikleri gibi, maliyetleri de aşağıya çekebilmektedirler. Laboratuara operatör panelli PLC eğitim setinin girmesiyle uygulamalı PLC, HMI, invertör ve algılayıcıların eğitimleri daha verimli olabileceği gibi öğrencilerin görerek ve uygulayarak öğrenmeleri sağlanabilecektir. “Operatör Panelli PLC Eğitim Seti” bu amaçla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Eğitim setinde, temel ve ileri seviye PLC eğitimi için gerekli olan PLC giriş elemanları olarak; endüktif ve kapasitif sensör, sınır anahtarı, enkoder ve anahtarlar, çıkış elemanları olarak ise; DC röleler ve invertör ile yol verilen asenkron motor kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, PLC’den giriş ve çıkış alarak üzerindeki ekranın programlanması yapılabilen HMI kullanılmıştır.Setin üzerindeki elemanların uçları dışarıya çıkarılması ve birbirileri ile olan bağlantıları jaklı kablolar ile olması, her eleman için ayrı olarak teori veya uygulama eğitimi verilebilmektedir. Kullanılan DC röleler ile de sette olmayan çeşitli elemanlarında ilerde kullanılabilmesi amaçlanmıştır. “Operatör Panelli PLC Eğitim Seti” de; Siemens marka S7-200 CPU224XP PLC, Weintek marka MT506L dokunmatik tip HMI, Omron marka J7 tipi AC invertör, Lenze marka 3 fazlı asenkron motor, Autonics marka enkoder ile Siemens, Telemecanique ve Schmersal marka sınır anahtarı, endüktif ve kapasif sensörler kullanılmıştır. Farklı marka kontrol elemanlarının kullanılması eğitim setini, bir markaya bağımlı kılmadığı gibi endüstrideki gerçek uygulamalarada yaklaştırmıştır DESIGN of EDUCATION SET for PLC with HMI At the present day using of devices like PLC, HMI, Inverter and equipment like encoder and sensors is increasing day by day in parallel with development of technology and automation systems. That devices can make not only basic or complicated system, but also they can decrease cost. With entering of “DESIGN of EDUCATION SET for PLC with HMI” in laboratories, not only education of PLC, HMI, inverter and sensors will be efficiently, but also visual and practical learning of students is provided by this set. For this reason “DESIGN of EDUCATION SET for PLC with HMI” is realized. Necessary for elementary and advanced PLC education some equipment like; inductive and capacitive sensor, limit switch, encoder and switches are used like inputs; DC relays and asynchronous motor which is drive by inverter are used like outputs. Furthermore on the education set with take inputs and outputs from PLC programmable HMI with touch screen is used.By take tips of components from board on the education set and making connection of tips with each other by cable with jack, theoretical and practical education for each component will be given one by one. By using DC relays, components which do not exist on the education set will be use in the future.On the “DESIGN of EDUCATION SET for PLC with HMI”; S7-200 CPU224XP PLC-Siemens, MT506L type touch screen HMI-Weintek, J7 type AC Inverter-Omron, 3phase asynchronous motor-Lenze, Rotary Encoder-Autonics and also limit switches, inductive sensors, capacitive sensor-Siemens / Telemecanique / Schmersal is used. With use components produced by different manufactures make education set not only independent from one manufacture also make it near to real applications of industry.
