Abstract
The term E-banking is almost as old as telegraph and older than Computer science. It is not accurate to generalize all the factors affecting E-banking as Advantage or Disadvantage. Development of the Information Technology has essentially affected the modern person’s life style. E-banking is the provision of banking services and products through electronic channels. ATMs, which are the first step of the banking operations moving out of the branch, are generally located next to the branch or in the shopping centers. Mobile banking is the distribution channel allowing customers make transactions by accessing internet site via wireless devices. With the latest improvements banking became a sector that increased competition, customer-centric service approach settled, fastest adaptation to the changes is required.
