Abstract
The relationship between digital leadership, remote work attitude, and job satisfaction : a study on the telecommunications sector The advancement of digital technology and the impact of the pandemic have led to the widespread adoption of remote working models globally. Remote working models play a role in shaping organisational attitudes and behaviours such as employee motivation, stress, organisational commitment, and job satisfaction. The digitalisation process has not only affected working models but has also brought with it the need for new leadership approaches to effectively manage this process. Digital leaders, one of these new leadership approaches, play a decisive role in creating a sustainable transformation culture within organisations, supporting their teams in the digitalisation process, and leading virtual teams with an innovative and visionary perspective. This role also shapes employees' perceptions and attitudes regarding job satisfaction and remote working practices. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to examine the relationship between digital leadership, attitudes towards remote working, and job satisfaction. A quantitative study was conducted with 358 participants working in the telecommunications sector. Data was collected from participants via an online survey and analysed using IBM SPSS 29.0 and Hayes Process Macro 4. A socio-demographic information form, a remote working attitude scale, a Minnesota job satisfaction scale, and a digital leadership scale were used as data collection tools. As a result of the correlation analysis conducted within the scope of the research findings, significant and positive relationships were found between digital leadership (and its sub-dimensions), telework attitude (and its sub-dimensions), and job satisfaction (and its sub-dimensions) variables (p
