Abstract

Konut Yapı Kooperatifleri, Kooperatifçilik ÖZET KONUT YAPI KOOPERATİFLERİNDE ÖDEMELERİN YAPILANDIRILMASI Konut sorunu Türkiye’de her geçen gün artmakta olan sosyal bir sorundur. Konut-Yapı Kooperatifleri bu sorunun çözümünde yer alması gereken en önemli aktörlerden biridir.Ancak gerek yapısal sorunlar gerekse de geçmişte yaşanan kötü tecrübelerin sonucu olan güven eksikliği nedeniyle, kooperatifler ülkemizde ulaşması gereken noktaya henüz ulaşamamışlardır. Bununla birlikte ödeme planlarının kooperatif üyelerine uygun olmaması ise kooperatif üyelerinin devamlılıklarını olumsuz yönde etkileyen bir diğer önemli faktördür.Bu tez çalışmasında kooperatif üyelerinin devamlılıkları sağlamaya yönelik uygun ödeme modelleri ve ne şekilde yapılandırılacağı bir model yardımı ile anlatılmıştır. STRUCTURING PAYMENT PLANS AT HOUSING COOPERATIVES Housing Problem which is also a social problem, keeps increasing day by day in Turkey. Housing Cooperatives are key actors which supposed to take part in the solution of this problem. But cooperative system hasn’t reached it’s point yet due to the structural problems and the deficiency of trust as a result of the past experience. In addition to all these, structuring improper payment plans is another important factor which effects the continuity of members in a negative way. In this dissertation study; structuring the proper payment plans is defined in the light of a succesful housing cooperative practice.
