1960-1980 döneminde Türkiye’nin değişen üretim yapısı ve emek hareketleri

Abstract

Kapitalizmin Türkiye’de gelişmesinin belirli bir dönemini inceleyen bu çalışma, iç pazara yönelik sermaye birikim süreci ile emek hareketlerinin yükselişi arasındaki dolaylı ilişkiyi incelemektedir. Belirli sektörler grev, işçi sayısı, sabit sermaye yatırımları ve katma değer itibariyle incelenmiş ve bu sektörlerde çalışan işçilerin eylemlilikleri ile ilişkisi açıklanmıştır. Sendikaların kuruluşları ve çalışmaları özetlenerek dönemin gelişmeleri aktarılmıştır. Sanayi sermayesi ile işçi sınıfının arasındaki mücadeleye değinilerek dönemin ana hatları vurgulanmıştır.

The aim of this paper is to analyse the indirect relation between the process of capital accumulation for the domestic market and the rise of labour movements by focusing a specific period of capitalist development in Turkey. Some sectors are examined by numbers of workers, fixed capital investments and value added and the relationship with the activities of workers is explained. The happening of the period is transferred with summarizing the found of trade unions and labour movements. Referring the fight between the productive capital and worker class has emphasized the outline of the period.
