Abstract
Bu çalışma kapsamında vitrifiye ürünlerin endüstride gerçekleşme süreçleri, bir endüstriyel seramik tasarımcısı anlatımıyla bütünleşen, ilişkilendirilen yönü ile ele alınmıştır. Endüstriyel süreç karışık görüntüsüyle ilk bakışta dağınıktır. Endüstri, tasarımlanmış düşsel imgelerin derli toplu, amacına ulaşan yönü ile topluma sunulabildiği bir alanlar bütünüdür. İçinde yaşanılan toplumun, insanı olumsuz yönde etkileyen, sınırlamalarından kurtulmanın, insani yönü işlevsel ve estetik açıdan egemen kılmanın bir yolu olduğu için, “vitrifiye ürünlerin endüstride gerçekleştirilme süreçleri” endüstri – tasarım – tasarımcı ilişkilerinin incelenmesi açısından da etkili olmaktadır. Bu aşamada insan doğaya yönelmekte, doğal malzemeleri doğadan aldığı esinle kullanım objelerine çevirmektedir. Tez konusu olarak seçtiğim vitrifiye ürünlerin endüstride gerçekleştirilme süreçleri, ana teması olan endüstriyel sürecin tasarım aşaması ile birlikte, endüstride tasarımlanan tasarım objesinin, idari ve üretimsel açıdan biçimlenme yolculuğunu temel, yalın bir anlatımla ifade etmektedir. Doğadan esinle endüstriyel üretim sürecine yapılan bu yolculukta tasarım objesi, tasarım ve üretim süreci sonrasında insanla işlevsel ve estetik açıdan bir bağ kurabilmektedir. Gözlemler sonucu hem tasarım, idari ve hem üretimsel açıdan tüm üretim süreçleri (production process), tasarım kararı aşamasından ürünün depo stoğuna girişine, tasarımcı ve üreticinin başarısının bir göstergesi olan ürünün yaşam eğrisinin saptanmasına kadar takip edilmektedir.
Production processes of saniteried products and personal approach In this study, production processes of vitrified products are discussed within an industrial ceramics designer’s perspective. This study does not touch on the design stage of the industrial process, but focuses on the process of converting designs into physical realities through development and production. At first glance, industrial processes can look complex and unorganized. However complex this process may appear, industry is simply the physical manifestation and presentation of ideas to society. In the creation stage of product development, mankind can be inspired by the restructuring of raw materials into forms that imitate nature for industrial purposes. Starting with ideas originating from the mysterious beauty of nature and moving through industrial processes, a well-designed creation can connect humans and nature through an aesthetical and functional bond. Successful product development and implementation occurs in many critical steps; From design decisions to manufacturing and distribution, the success of a designer and producer alike can be determined by a product’s life cycle.
