Abstract
İslam siyaset dü şü ncesi tarih içinde farklı disiplinler tarafından ele alınıptartışılmış ve farklı literatü rler içinde yer almıştır. Bu literatürlerden biri de felsefedir.Devlet yönetimi geleneksel ilimler tasnifine göre amelî felsefenin üç şubesinden (ahlâk,ev yönetimi ve devlet idaresi) biridir. Bu taksime göre yazılan felsefi ahlakliteratü rü nde siyaset, insanların saadete ulaşabilmelerini mümkün kılan, bu yoldaerdemleri edinmesini ve korumasını sağlayan düzen olarak ele alınmaktadır.Adudüddin el-İcî’nin el-Ahlâku’l-Adudiyye adlı muhtasar risalesi felsefi ahlakniteliğinde yazılmış ve telif edildiği 14. yy.’dan 19. yy.’a kadar pek çok alim tarafındanşerh edilmiştir. Bu eser ve şerhlerindeki tedbirü’l-müdün (siyaset felsefesi) bölümü esasalınmak üzere siyaset teorisi bu tezin ana konusudur. Seçilen bu konunun temel amacıİslam siyaset düşüncesinin felsefî ahlâk literatürü açısından izdüşümlerini göstermektir.el-Ahlaku’l-Adudiyye geleneğinde tedbirü’l-müdün bahsi esas alınmak suretiyle siyasetdüşüncesinin ilkelerini, ele alınışı üzerinden kavramlarını ve ortak ana yapıyı açığaçıkarmak bu tezin diğer hedefleridir.İki bölümden oluşan tezin ilk kısmında söz konusu teoriye zemin oluşturangenel ve özel ilkeler ortaya konulmuştur. İkinci kısımda ise bu teorinin ana konuları elealınmıştır.
Once we aim to pursue the development process of the Islamic political thought, it isconcluded that this area has been handled and discussed through different disciplines inhistory as it is positioned in different literature. According to the classification of theconventional sciences, administration of the state is one of the three fields of practicalphilosophy (morals, household management and state administration). In thephilosophical moral literature written according to this classification, politics is dealtwith and considered as the order that enables people to gain happiness and makes themable to acquire and maintain the virtues in this manner.Adududin al-Iji’s concise treatise named “Al-Ahlaq al-Adudiyya” (The AduduianMorals) was written in philosophical morality. The work was thoroughly explained anddiscussed by many scholars since it was written and published in the 14th century to the19th century. The part named administration of cities (political philosophy) which is thepart of the work being taken as basis, political theory is the main theme of this treatise.The major objective of this chosen topic is to demonstrate the projections of Islamicpolitical thought in terms of philosophical moral literature.Uncovering the principles of political thought, its concepts and its common mainstructure on the basis of the Tedbiru’l-Mudun in the tradition of al-Ahlaq al-Adudiyyaare other objectives of this treatise.The first part of the thesis which consists of two sections the general and specialprinciples forming the basis of this theory are introduced. However, the second parthandles and discusses the main topics of this theory.
