İşitme ve görme engellilere yönelik yaygın din eğitimi veren din görevlilerinin mesleki problemleri ve beklentileri (İstanbul müftülüğü örneği)

Abstract

Ülkemizde Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’nın yaygın din eğitimi çalışmaları son derece önem arz etmektedir. Toplumun her kesimine ulaşarak din hizmeti sunma vizyonu son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalarla hızla devam etmektedir. Bu amaçla toplum içerisindeki konum ve hakları itibariyle çeşitli problemlerle karşılaşan dezavantajlı gruplara yönelik çalışmalar ise günümüzde daha fazla önemsenmekte ve bununla ilgili araştırmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın konusunu İstanbul Müftülüğünün işitme ve görme engellilere yönelik yaptığı çalışmalar oluşturmaktadır. Cami içi faaliyetlerinin yanı sıra cami dışına çıkarak engellilikle alakalı din hizmetlerini toplumun her kesimindeki insanlara ulaştırma hususundaki çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Söz konusu çalışmanın içinde yer alan din görevlileriyle görüşmeler yapılıp, sahadaki çalışmaların mahiyeti hakkında bilgi alınmıştır. Söz konusu alanla alakalı elde ettiğimiz bulgulardan yola çıkarak DİB’in İstanbul Müftülüğü özelinde yapmış olduğu çalışmalar analiz edilmiştir.

In our country, non-formal religious education activities of the Presidency of Religious Affairs are very important. The vision of providing religious services by reaching out to all segments of the society continues rapidly with the efforts made in recent years. For this purpose, the studies conducted for the disadvantaged groups that have lagged behind the society and have been condemned to be marginalized are becoming more important and related studies are being carried out. In this context, the subject of the research is the studies conducted by Istanbul Mufti's Office in the field of disability.In addition to the activities inside the mosque, the studies on the transportation of religious services related to disability to people in every part of the society by going outside the mosque were examined. Interviews were held with the religious officials involved in the study and information was obtained about the nature of the studies in the field. Based on the findings we have obtained related to the subject area, the studies carried out by DİB in the context of Istanbul Mufti Office were analyzed.
