İş etüdünün verimlilik arttırmada etkisi ve tekstil sektöründe uygulaması

Abstract

İŞ ETÜDÜNÜN VERİMLİLİK ARTTIRMADA ETKİSİ VE TEKSTİL SEKTÖRÜNDE UYGULAMASI İş etüdünün sanayi içindeki yerini ve bunun önemini kesin olarak tayin edebilmek için verimlilik ile olan ilişkisinin dikkate alınması gereklidir. Son yıllarda ülkemizde hızlı bir gelişme gösteren tekstil sektörü, büyük oranda emeğe dayalı bir iş gücünü muhteva ettiği için iş etüdünün en ideal uygulama alanı olmuştur. Bu çalışmada iş etüdü; zaman etüdü yöntemine dayandırılarak geliştirilmiş ve verimliliğe olan etkisi ortaya koyulmuştur. Kronometraj yöntemiyle üretim sektöründe genellikle göz ardı edilen insan etmeni irdelenmiş ve yalnızca bu çalışma sayesinde artan üretim miktarları gözlenmiştir. Sonuç itibariyle, ek bir bütçeye gerek duyulmadan uygulanan iş etüdü ile verimlilik arttırılmıştır. EFFECTS OF TIME STUDY TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND APPLICATION IN TEXTILE In order to define the value and the importance of work study on industry, it is necessary to pay attention to its relations with the productivity. The progress in the industry of textile has increased newadays in our country. Because the industry at textile is based on manuel labour, it is an ideal source to practice the work study. In this research the work study has been developed by supperting the work study with the time study, as a result it increases the productivity. In this method, the manuel labour, when has been negleceted for years, is considered seriously so by thıs method the rate of production has increased. In summary, by the method of work study , the productivity can be increased by no additional finance.
