Bu çalışmanın amacı lojistikte kalite uygulamalarını incelemek ve lojistik hizmetlerinin toplam kalite yönetimi uygulamalarından nasıl etkilendiğini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada ilkönce geniş bir literatür taraması yapılarak lojistik sistem ve lojistik sistemin kaliteyle bağlantısı teorik şekilde sunulmuştur.Bu bölümde kavramların tanımı, boyutları,etkileyen faktörler ve sonuçları anlatılmıştır. Çalışma teorik bir çerçevede sunulduktan sonra lojistik sistemin kaliteyle bağlantısını incelemek için Anderson ve arkadaşlarının geliştirdiği lojistikte kalite ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın kapsamını İstanbul il sınırları içerisinde çeşitli sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren firmalar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma farklı sektörlerdeki 78 firma üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan anket çalışmalarından yola çıkılarak lojistik ve toplam kalite yönetimi arasındaki ilişki açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. In the study, after making a wide literature research the relationship between the logistics and the logistics system quality presented theoretically. In this section definition, dimensions, the factors those are effective, and the results of the concepts are explained. The study, after presented in a theoretical framework Anderson and his friends “quality in logistics” scale is used in order to analyze the relationship between logistic system and quality. The scope of the study is the companies in Istanbul those are active in different sectors. The research is containing 78 different companies in different sectors. By looking the results of the questionnaires, the relationship between the logistics and the total quality management is tried to be explained.
