Publication: Güreşte anaerobik ortamda antreman yönetiminin geliştirilip müsabaka şartları ile karşılaştırılması
Abstract
In our study, the objective is to develop an exercise method for the higher level wrestlers considering competition rules and physiological basis. Totaly 12 wrestlers have joined into our research, having their age of 22.6±2.6, their height of 173.7±10.7 kg and their sporting age of 12.6±2.6 year from free and Greko-romen national wrestling teams as well as from İstanbul Demirspor wrestling team. In wrestling, the force of pawing and pulling are the very important criterions to designate the performance. In wrestling comtetions, every 30 seconds one of the wrestlers should have make an active assault. Regarding these two important points it has been prepared an exercise method which is combined by climbing to rope and beating a robot model in ground by hind legs technic. The research has been developed in two stages. In the first stage; the prepared test protocol applied to the wrestlers and measured the amount of lactic acid. In the second stage a competition have been made between wrestlers and then measured the amount of lactic acid and also the results have been compared wth that of the first stage. In the measurements is has been used a lactate analiser named as Accutrend Lactate by the Roche company. All the statistical analysis are performed in accordance with SPSS 10.0, paired samples t-test and as well as corelation analysis. In the measurements, the number of heartbeat of the wrestlers have been found 177.±6.79 per minute after the exercise and 182.33±7.15 per minute after competition. It is disovered a significant differance between these two values (p<0.05). The level of lactic acid have been found 9.56±1.04 mmol/ l after exercise and 10.41±1.47 mmol/ l after competition. It has not been found a significant difference between the level of lactic acid after exercise and that of after competition (p>0.05). According to the results obtained, it has been reached to an opinion that the application of the exercise method developed for the increasing of competition performance and for a conscious preparation on targetted orientation, is effecting positively on performance.
