Publication: Alfa-Formil Ketonların fosforlu analoğunun sentezi ve bazı metallerle verdiği kompeks yapıların araştırılması
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı bromoasetalden ve trialkilfosfitten başlanarak -formil keton fosforlu analoğunun sentezlenmesi ve bazı metallerle verdiği komplekslerin yapılarının araştırılmasıdır. Bunun için ilk önce bromoasetaldehid ve trietilfosfitten başlanarak fosfonik asid dietil ester asetali, daha sonra bu maddenin seyreltik HCl ile hidrolizinden de çalışmada kullanacağımız ligand olan fosfonik asid-(2-oxoetil)-dietil ester elde edildi. Elde edilen ligandın yapısı elementel analiz ve enstrümental yöntemlerle aydınlatıldıktan sonra, bazı geçiş metalleri ile kompleksler yapıldı. Ligandın 0.3 M konsantrasyonundaki taze hazırlanmış sulu çözeltisi ile 0.1 M konsantrasyonundaki Cu(CH3COO)2.H20, Co(CH3COO)2.4H2O ve Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O un sulu çözeltileri ile verdiği komplekslerde metal ligand oranının 1:2 olduğu bulundu (CuL2, CoL2.H2O ve NiL2.2H2O). Elde edilen bu komplekslerin yapıları da çeşitli fiziksel ve kimyasal yöntemlerle araştırıldı.
THE SYNTHESIS OF THE PHOSPHORUS ANALOGUE OF a-FORMYL KETONE AND INVESTIGATION OF STRUCTURES OF IT'S COMPLEXES WİTH SOME METALS In this study, a-formyl ketone phosphorus anologs were synthesized using bromoacetal and trialkyl phosphite and structure of their complexes wıth some metals were investigated. For this purpose, phosphonic acid dietyl ester acetal was prepared by bromoacetaldehyde and triethyl phosphite and than phosphonic acid-(2-oxoethyl)-diethyl ester which is the ligand in this study was synthesized hydrolize of phosphonic acid dietyl ester acetal with dilute HCl. Structure of this ligand was determined by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 31P-NMR and UV Vis. At the second stage, complexes were prepared by aquous solution of acetate salts of Cu2+, Co2+ and Ni2+ (0.1 M) and aqua solution of ligand (0.3 M). It is observed that complextion rate of the metal/ ligand is 1:2 (L2Cu, L2Co.H2O, L2Ni.2H2O). Structure of these complexes were examined by some physical and chemical methods.
