İşletme eğitiminde etkili öğrenme aracı olarak elektronik öğrenme (E-Öğrenme) ve bir uygulama

Yeni dünya düzeninin egemen süreci olarak tanımlanan globalleşmenin etkisiyle, eğitim yapısı, yönetimi ve yöntemleri yeniden tanımlanmıştır. Son yıllarda yaşanan bilgisayar ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler ve internet kullananların artması eğitim alanında yeni yöntemlerin hızla gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Eğitimde ki değişim ve dönüşüm süreci ile bu yöntemlerden en önemlisi, işletmelere ve çalışanlara hem geleneksel eğitimin hem de uzaktan eğitimin birçok avantajlarını sunan Elektronik Öğrenme veya Web Tabanlı Eğitim dir. Bazı insanlar için klasik sözel anlatım yeterli olmamaktadır. Geleneksel metodun yanında diğer metotların kullanılması ile bazı insanların öğrenme ve ihtiyaçları desteklenerek etkili öğrenmeleri sağlanmaktadır. Burada şu soru doğuyor: Etkili öğrenme için e-öğrenme doğru bir araç mıdır? Bu çalışmada işletme eğitiminde etkili öğrenme yöntemi olarak e-öğrenme değerlendirilmiştir. Teori kısmında eğitim, etkili öğrenme ve elektronik öğrenme konuları açıklanmıştır. Araştırma kısmında hipotezler anket yapılarak test edilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde e-öğrenme yöntemi ile ilgili bazı öneriler sunulmaktadır. ABSTRACT With the effect of globalisation as the name of new world order, structure, management and method of education has been redefined. The latest developments in computer and communication technologies and raising use of internet, lead rapid developments in new methods on education platform. With the change and transformation process in education, the most important method of education is Electronic Learning (e-learning) or Web Based Training method which involves the advantages of both traditional education and distance learning is provided to the companies and the employees. Verbal expression not enough for some people. Other methods support necessary for some people to learn and needs to be used alongside traditional method to ensure effective learning. It raises the question: Is e-learning the right tool for effective learning? In this study, e-learning has been evaluated to training for effective learning method. In the theory part, education, effective learning and electronic learning topics has been explained. In the research part, hypotheses has been tested with the survey. In conclusion, some suggestions about the e-learning method is presented.
