Publication: 1990 sonrası Türkiye Romanya ilişkileri
Abstract
Tezde, 1990 sonrasında Türkiye ile Romanya arasında, Romanya'da komünist rejimin çökmesi sonrasındaki süreçte tesis edilen ve çok hızlı bir ivme ile gelişen ikili ilişkiler ile bunlara etki ederek belirleyen faktörlerin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Genel olarak iki ülke arasındaki tarihi bağların ve ilişkilerin alt yapısının irdelendiği giriş bölümünden sonra, ikinci bölümde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devletinin kurulmasından 1990 yılına kadar olan süreçteki belli başlı gelişmeler fazla detaya inilmeden irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde iki ülke arasındaki siyasi, askeri, ekonomik ve kültürel, sosyal ilişkiler derlenerek bir bütün halinde sunulmaya gayret edilmiştir. Bu bölümde daha çok Türkiye'nin Romanya'ya yönelik faaliyetleri üzerinde durulmuştur. En son bölümde ise söz konusu ilişkilerin arkasında yatan gerekçeler, içinde bulunulan uluslar arası ortam ve diğer devletlerin bölgeye tesirleri ve etkileme çabaları da dikkate alınarak ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Tezde, ekonomik veriler mümkün olduğunca tablolar halinde sunulmuş, enerji hatlarına veya ülkelerin bölgesel politikalarına yönelik yorumlar ise haritalar ile desteklenmeye çaba sarf edilmiştir.
The aim of this thesis is to look over the relations between Turkey and Romania which were established righ after the collapse of Comunnist regime in Romania and developed with an incredible acceleration since than. The reasons and the factors determining the path of the policies of the two countries were also taken into account. After the introduction section where some information about Romania is introduced and the historical aspects and understructure of the relations between two countries are tried to be given, some basic events in the period between the establishment of The Republic of Turkey and 1990 were covered without detail in the second chapter. The social, cultural, military and political relations after 1990 are examined in the third chapter. And in the final chapter, It was targeted to indicate the reasons lying behind the policies of the two countries, the input from the international environment and the effects of the other countries into these relations. In the thesis, the economical datas are given with tables and also the maps are used as much as possible when showing the strategical interests of the countries conserning the area.
