İslam ahlak düşüncesinde huy kavramı hulk terimi üzerine felsefi bir inceleme

Abstract

Çalışmamız Aristo ve Galen temelinde Grek arka planı da dikkate alarak İslam ahlak düşüncesinde huy kavramını analiz etmektedir. Birinci bölümde, gerek Grek arka planda gerek İslam düşüncesinde huy kavramını karşılayan terimler ve huyun tanımı mukayeseli şekilde ele alınarak huy teriminin terminolojik ve kavramsal gelişimi sunuldu. İkinci bölümde, yine Grek arka planda ve de İslam ahlak düşüncesinde erdem ve erdemsizliklerin nefis ve güçleriyle ilişkisi ele alınıp huya iyi ve kötü değerini veren şartlar sayılarak huyun erdemle ilişkisi ortaya kondu. Son bölümde ise diğer bölümlerin kaçınılmaz bir sonucu olarak huyun değişim ve eğitim imkânı mukayeseli şekilde ele alınıp çalışmamızın pratik neticesine ulaşılmaya çalışıldı.

On the basis of Aristotle and Galen, our study analyzes the concept of moral character in Islamic ethical thought by considering the Greek background. In the first chapter, the terms that meet the concept of moral character and the definition of moral character in both Greek background and Islamic thought are compared; terminological and conceptual development of the term is presented. In the second chapter, the relationship between moral characters and the forces of the soul in Greek background and Islamic ethical thought are discussed, the conditions that make moral character good and bad were counted and the relationship between virtue and virtuelessness was revealed. In the last chapter, as a consequence of the inevitable results of the other chapters, the possibility of change and education of the moral character is discussed and the practical result of our study is tried to be reached.
