İş stresinin iş verimliliği üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada iş stresinin iş verimliliği üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda iki büyük mobilya şirketinde 70 çalışan üzerinde “Verimlilik Ölçeği”, “Performans Değerleme Ölçeği” ve “İş Tatmini Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda verimlilikteki değişimin %55,3’ünün ilgili değişkenlerce açıklandığı belirlenmiş; verimlilik üzerinde en etkili değişkenin tatmin değişkeni olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada verimlilik ile çalışma süresi, unvan, toplam tecrübe ve meslek seçme nedeni arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on job productivity. Accordingly, “Productivity Scale”, “Performance Appraisal Scale” and “Job Satisfaction Scale” were applied to 70 employees in two large furniture companies. As a result of the study, it was determined that 55.3% of the change in productivity was explained by their elated variables; satisfaction was found to be the most effective variable on productivity. Inaddition, it was determined that there was a significant relationship between productivity and working time, title, total experience and reason for choosing a profession.
