Publication: Tükenmişlik sendromunun kişilik özelliklerinden denetim odağı ile ilişkisi ve bir uygulama
Abstract
Bu araştırmada; tükenmişlik sendromu ile kişilik özelliklerinden denetim odağının ilişki ve kişisel bilgi formunda bulunan değişkenlerin tükenmişlik sendromu üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılığa yol açıp açmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın yapıldığı okullardaki toplam öğretmen sayısı 219 olup; 154 anketten geri dönüş alınmıştır. Ankete katılan öğretmenlere; kişisel bilgileri içeren “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, Maslach (1981) tarafından geliştirilen ve Çam (1992), tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlaması yapılan “Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri”, Rotter (1966) tarafından geliştirilen ve Dağ (1991)tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan “Rotter İç-Dış Denetim Odağı Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Kişisel Bilgi formunda yer alan değişkenlerin tükenmişliğin alt boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılığa yol açıp açmadığı varyans analizi ve bağımsız T-testi ile ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Denetim odağının tükenmişliğin alt boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılığa yol açıp açmadığı korelasyon ve T-testi yardımıyla ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Denetim odağı ile tükenmişliğin alt boyutları olan duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel basarı arasında anlamı bir fark olduğu ve ilişkinin boyutu, korelasyon ve ilişkisiz T-testi sonuçlarında görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak tükenmişlik sendromunun yaşanmasında dıştan denetim odağı daha fazla risk oluşturan bir kişilik özelliği olduğu saptanmıştır. kenmişlik, Duygusal Tükenme, Duyarsızlaşma, Kişisel Başarı Hissi, Denetim Odağı
In this survey the relationship between burnout and Locus of Control has been examined. Also the variables on the Personal Information Form is searched. The universe of the research consists of 219 teachers. These questionnaries were answered by 154 teachers. The Personal Information Form which was developed by the researcher and which include information about variables, Maslach Burnout Inventory which was developed by Maslach and translated by Çam, Rotter Internal and External Locus of Control Scale which was developed by Rotter and translated by Dağ. In the statistical analysis for burnout dimensions and the questions in the The Personal Information Form;T-test analysis and variance analysis have been applied. The burnout levels and locus of control relation coralation analysis and T- test analysis are applied. Locus of Control and which are the dimensions of burnout the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment, it is found out in the result of correlation and unrelated T-test that there is a meaningful difference. Finally it is found that external locus of control is a personal feature that has a higher risk on experiencing burnout.
