Mükellefiyet ve eda açısından İslam ibadetlerinde takvim ve zaman unsurunun yeri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, vakit unsurunun ibadetlere etkisi ile ibadet vakitleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma, bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, vakit kavramı ve ibadetlere etkisi ile ibadet vakitleriyle ilgili olarak Kur'ân-ı Kerim'de geçen ayetlerin numaraları yer almaktadır. Birinci bölümde, usul-i fıkhın, vakitlerle ilgili bahisleri ve bu bahislerle ilgili ortaya çıkan tartışmalar bulunmaktadır. Bu bölümde işlenen konular; emrin tekrara delalet edip etmemesi, emrin fevre (hemen yapma) delalet edip etmemesi, vaciplerin eda vakti açısından taksimi ve ibadetlerde eda, iade ve kaza kavramlarıdır. İkinci bölümde ise ibadetlerin vakitleri; mezhepler arası görüş farklılıkları ve her görüşün delilleriyle birlikte yer almaktadır.In this work, effects of the time prayers and times of prayers are studied. The work has one introduction and two chapters. The introduction has concept of time and its effects to the prayers and the number of the verses from the Holy Quran about the time of the prayers In the first chapter there are topics of the metodology of islamic jurisprudence about the time and the debates occurred on this matter. The subjects studied in this chapter are if the command indicates the repeat or not, if the command indicates straightaway (immediateness) or not, divisions of the wajibaat according to the time that they are performed and the concept of performing on time, restortation and to perform at a later time. In the second chapter times of the prayers with the differences of the opinions of the sects are studied with their proof.
