Publication: Sürdürülebilir liderlik : bir ölçek uyarlama çalışması
Abstract
Çalışmada sürdürülebilir liderlik ölçeğinin literatüre kazandırılması hedeflenmiştir. Literatürde bulunan Avery ve Bergsteiner’in (2011) sürdürülebilir liderlik ölçeği ile McCann ve Holt’un (2010) sürdürülebilir liderlik ölçeği incelenmiştir. Yapılan gerekli incelemeler sonucunda McCann ve Holt’un (2010) sürdürülebilir liderlik ölçeğinin analize daha uygun olduğu anlaşılmıştır. McCann ve Holt’un (2010) ölçeği İngilizceden Türkçe’ye çevirisi yapılarak dil güvenirliliğini sağlamak için 15 kişiden oluşan beyaz yakalı çalışanlar ve 3 akademisyen üzerinde test edilmiştir. Türkçe’ye çevrilen ölçek özel sektörde çalışan beyaz yakalı çalışanlara uygulanmıştır. Pilot çalışma için 163 katılımcıya ana çalışma için ise 786 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışmaları yapılmış ve keşfedici ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri kullanılarak ölçeğin 3 boyutlu bir yapıya sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In the study, it is aimed to bring the sustainable leadership scale to the literature. Sustainable leadership scale developed by Avery and Bergsteiner's (2011) sustainable leadership scale developed by McCann and Holt's (2010) in the literature were examined. As a result of the necessary examinations, it was understood that McCann and Holt's (2010) sustainable leadership scale was more suitable for analysis. McCann and Holt's (2010) scale was translated from English to Turkish and tested on 15 whitecollar employees and 3 academics to ensure language reliability. The scale translated into Turkish was applied to white-collar employees working in the private sector. 163 participants were reached for the pilot study and 786 for the main study. As a result of the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, it was determined that the scale had a 3 dimensional structure.
