Publication: Şükrullah el-Amasyavî’nin Kitâbu Behçeti’ttevârîh’inin Mustafa el-Fârisî çevirisi (vr. 91b-121a) (inceleme-metin-dizin-tıpkıbasım)
Abstract
Üzerinde çalışmış olduğum tezin konusu, XV. yüzyılda Şükrullah el-Amasyavî tarafından Sultan II. Mehmed (Fatih Sultan Mehmed)’e sunulmak üzere Fars dilinde kaleme alınan “Kitâbu Behçeti’t-Tevârîh” adlı eserin bir yüzyıl sonra Mustafa el-Fârisî tarafından dönemin hükümdarı Kanuni Sultan Süleyman ve dönemin Sadrazamı Frenk Damat Makbûl ve Maktûl İbrâhîm Paşa’ya sunulmak üzere Osmanlı Türkçesine çevrilen “Mahbûbu’l-Kulûbi’l-‘Ârifîn” adlı eserdir. Çalışmamız “Mahbûbu’l-Kulûbi’l- ‘Ârifîn” adlı eserin Beyazıt nüshasının 91b-121a varakları üzerinde yapılmıştır. Giriş bölümünde, Osmanlılarda tarih yazıcılığı ve verilen eserler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. ikinci bölümde eserin içeriği ve müellifi hakkında bilgi verilmiş, tezin kapsamı ve nasıl hazırlandığı açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, XVI. yüzyılda yazılmış ve geçiş dönemi özelliği gösteren bu eserde yardımcı fiillerin kullanım şekilleri incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, metnin Latin harfleriyle transkripsiyonu; beşinci bölümde dizin yer almaktadır. Dizin kısmında metinde geçen tüm kelimeler ele alınarak anlamlandırılmış, kelimelerin geçtiği tamlamalar ve yer aldığı sayfalar belirtilmiştir. Son bölümde, eserin tıpkıbasımı verilmiştir.
This Master's thesis is an edition of a 15th century Ottoman text which is a translation of Shükrullah el-Amasyavî history book entitled with the name of Kitabu Behçeti't-Tevârîh, written in Persian, to be presented to Sultan Mahmat II (Mehmet the Conqueror). A century later, the text was translated into Turkish by Mustafa al-Faris with the title Mahbûbu'l-Kulûbi'l-'Arifîn for Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and his grand vezir Frenk Damat Makbul İbrahim Pasha.The study was done in the Bayezid copy of 91b and 121a sheets of the book of Mahbûbu'l-Kulûbi'l- 'Ârifîn. The introduction of our thesis gives a brief account of the contents of the manuscript and the printing of the history in Ottomans, this is followed by the contents of the book and the biography of the author, followed by the method pursued in the thesis. In the second part of our thesis a summary is given of the events related in the section of Mahbûbu'l-Kulûbi'l-'Ârifîn which we have studied. The third section of our thesis discusses the auxiliary verbs of the book which shows the the language features of the 16th century text bearing the marks of transition texts from Early Ottoman to Ottoman. The fourth section of the thesis is a transcription of the perscribed folios of the text in Latin alphabets, the fifth section deals with the full grammatical index together with the meanings of the words as they appear in the text. The words in idex were taken into analysis and interpreted, the collocatiions and the pages identified are shown in the thesis. The last section of the thesis provides a faxcimile of the text.
