Meslek liselerindeki öğrenci nöbet sistemlerinin öğrenci başarısına etkisi hakkındaki öğrenci görüşü

Abstract

MESLEK LİSELERİNDEKİ ÖĞRENCİ NÖBET SİSTEMLERİNİN ÖĞRENCİ BAŞARISINA ETKİSİ HAKKINDAKİ ÖĞRENCİ GÖRÜŞÜ Bu çalışma; meslek liselerindeki öğrenci nöbet sisteminin öğrenci başarısına ne düzeyde etki ettiği hakkındaki öğrenci görüşünü ortaya çıkarmak ve iyileştirici önerilerde bulunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma ile meslek liselerinde öğrenciler tarafından nerelerde, hangi sıklıkta ve nitelikte nöbet tutulduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada alan araştırması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Örneklemi; İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakası’ndaki Erkek Teknik Öğretim Genel Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı 8 farklı lisede öğrenim gören 418 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak iki bölümden oluşan anket formu hazırlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 11.5.0 istatistik mlenmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde; frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız gruplar t-testi, ANOVA varyans analizi, Levene Statistic homojenlik testi, Post Hoc Tukey HSD ve Post Hoc Tamhane’s T2 çoklu karşılaştırma analizi tekniklerinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin daha çok okul ana binasında, ayda bir veya üç ayda bir nöbet tuttuğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun dışında, öğrencilere ait cinsiyet, sınıf, okul türü, alan türü, nöbet yeri ve nöbet sıklığı değişkenlerinin tümünde; nöbet sisteminin öğrenci başarısına etkisi hakkındaki öğrenci görüşüne ilişkin anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın son bölümünde sonuçların tümü sunulmuş ve bu sonuçlara dair iyileştirici önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

OPINION OF THE STUDENTS ABOUT THE EFFECT OF THE GUARD DUTY SYSTEM IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS ON THE STUDENT SUCCESS This research was conducted to discover the opinion of the students about the level of the effect of the guard duty system in vacational high schools on the student success and to advance helpful proposals. The information about the location, frequency and characteristic of the guard dury was tried to discover by the help of this research. Field study model was used in this research. The sample group consisted of 418 students from 8 different high schools which were affiliated to General Directorate of Male Student Technical Education in Anatolian side of Istanbul. A two-part survey sheet was prepared to collect the data. The data were analyzed through the statistics program SPSS 11.5.0. In order to analyze the collected data; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standart deviation, independent group t-test, ANOVA variance analysis, Levene Statistic homogeneity test, Post Hoc Tukey HSD and Post Hoc Tamhane’s T2 multiple comparison analysis techniques were used. The results of the research indicated that vacational high school students are on guard duty , generally in the main school building, monthly or quarterly. In addition, for all these variances; gender, class, school type, field of training, place of the guard duty and frequency of guard duty, meaningful differences was discovered between the opinion of the students about the effect of the guard duty system on the student success. In the last part of the research, all the results and helpful proposal relating to these results were presented.
