Grup piyano öğretiminin artistik ve işlevsel piyano becerilerinin geliştirilmesine etkileri

Abstract

Araştırmada, oluşturulan piyano sınıflarında yapılan derslerde, grup piyano eğitiminin öğrencilerin artistik ve işlevsel becerilerinin gelişimine etkilerinin neler olacağı sorusu araştırmanın problem durumunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu problem durumunun ekseninde, daha önce yapılmış olan çalışmalar sonucunda belirlenmiş olan, öğrencilerin piyano çalgısında artistik ve özellikle işlevsel becerilerinin geliştirilmesinde karşılaştıkları sorunların, grup piyano eğitimi ile çözüme kavuşturulup kavuşturulamayacağının ve grup piyano eğitimi ile geleneksel piyano eğitimi arasında bir fark olup olmadığının ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmada, grup piyano öğretiminin piyano becerilerine etkilerinin neler olacağının ortaya konması amaçlandığından, nicel araştırma yöntemleri kapsamında eşitlenmemiş kontrol gruplu yarı-deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubu rastgele atama yapılmaksızın seçildiği için yapılacak olan çalışma yarı-deneysel desende oluşturulmuştur.Deney ve kontrol grubu katılımcılarına, geliştirilen grup piyano öğretimi üniteleri doğrultusunda piyano eğitimi verilmiştir. Eğitim öncesi ve sonrasında ölçümler yapılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilerek test edilmek istenen hipotezler değerlendirilmiştir.Yapılan çalışma sonucunda Grup Piyano Öğretimi ile öğrencilerin artistik ve işlevsel piyano becerilerini geliştirdikleri ve gelişimlerinin gruplara göre değerlendirmesi yapıldığında ise deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler ışığında ve araştırma konusu ile benzerlikler gösteren çalışmalarda incelendiğinde temel piyano becerilerinin kazandırılmasında grup piyano öğretiminin kullanılabilir olduğu söylenebilir.

In the research, the influence of group piano education on the development of students’ artistic and functional skills is the problem state of the research. The aim of the study within the context of the problem state is to determine whether the students’ problems in the development of artistic and especially functional skills in piano instrument can be solved by group piano education or not and whether there is a difference between group piano education and classical piano education.In the study, it is aimed to reveal the influence of group piano teaching on piano skills and semi-experimental design within unpaired control group under quantitative research methods was used. Since the experimental and control groups were selected without random assignment, the study to be performed was created in the semi-experimental designPiano education was carried out for experimental and control group participants in accordance with the developed group piano teaching units. Data were obtained by measurements before and after training. The hypotheses to be tested were evaluated by analyzing the obtained data with statistical methods. As a result of the study, the students developed artistic and functional piano skills with group piano instruction and there were significant differences in favor of the experimental group when the evaluation of the development according to the groups. It can be said that group piano education can be used to gain basic piano skills as a result of the obtained data and of the analysis of the similar studies.
