Hülâsatü'l-efkâr gazetesi ve 1873-1875 arası Osmanlı Devleti'nin ekonomik ve sosyal durumu

Abstract

Hülâsatü’l-Efkâr gazetesi (1873-1875) ekseninde Osmanlı Devleti’nin ekonomik ve sosyal durumunu incelediğimiz bu çalışmada, dönemin ayrıntıları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İncelenen dönemde hem sosyo-ekonomik yapıdaki, hem de basın hayatındaki hareketlilik dikkat çekmektedir. Ekonomik olarak Kırım Savaşı (1854) sonrası alınmaya başlanan borçlar ön plana çıkarken, sosyal hayatta da Islahat Fermanı’ndan (1856) sonra yaşanan toplumsal değişmeler dikkati çekmektedir. Basın hayatında ise sayıları artan gazete ve mecmuaların varlığı görülmektedir.

In this study the economic and social status in the Ottoman Empire in the context of Hulasa al-Afkar (1873-1875) were studied to determine the details of the period. The mobility in the socio-economic structure and the press has drawn attention. As economic received debt after the Crimean War (1854) is remarkable. Experiencing social changes after the Edict of Islahat (1854) came to the fore. Increasing number of newspapers and magazines can be seen in the life of press.
