İstanbul Mülga Beledi Kassamlığı Sicilleri 1 numaralı defterin (1066-1072) transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu tezde H.1066-1072/ M.1655-1661 tarihli İstanbul Mülga Beledi Kassamlığı Sicilleri 1 numaralı defterin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi yapılacaktır. Tereke kayıtları aile, medeni hal, nüfus, servet dağılımı, alacak-borç, gayrimenkul, köleler vd. gibi konularda bilgiler vermektedir. Bu bağlamda bu tezde iktisat tarihi perspektifinden servet dağılımı ve gelir adaletsizliği gibi konular incelenen tereke defterinin sağladığı veriler yardımıyla ele alınacaktır. Bu tez servet ve gelir dağılımı üzerine çıkarımlar yaparken, aynı zamanda 17. yüzyılda Osmanlı Devleti’nin içinde bulunduğu duruma ve İstanbul’da yaşanan bazı toplumsal olaylara da değinecektir.

In this thesis, the transcription and evaluation of the book number 1 of the Istanbul Abolished Municipality Registries dated H.1066-1072 / M.1655-1661 will be made. Tereke records include family, marital status, population, wealth distribution, credit-debt, real estate, slaves etc. It provides information on such subjects. In this context, in this thesis, issues such as wealth distribution and income injustice from the perspective of economic history will be discussed with the help of the data provided by the studied estate book. While this thesis makes inferences on wealth and income distribution, it will also touch upon the situation of the Ottuman Empire in the 17th century and some social events in Istanbul.
