Abstract
Ekmek mayası (saccharomyces cerevisiae) kolay ve ucuz bulunan bir reaktif olmasına karşın, organik kimyada yaptığı tepkimeler hem ilginç hem de diğer sentez yöntemleri ile yapılması ya imkansız ya da çok zordur. Bu amaçla , antiparkinson ilacı olan L-3,4-Dihidroksi fenilalanin sentezinde öncül madde teşkil edecek, (1) Etil 2-nitro-3-hidroksi-3-(3,4-dimetoksi fenil )propanoat bileşiği sentezlenmiştir.
