Abstract
Bu çalışmada, spor şirketlerinin finansal başarıları ile spor kulüplerinin futboldaki başarıları arasındaki ilişki TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılarak test edilmiştir. TOPSIS yöntemi ile elde edilen skorlar ile spor kulüplerinin futboldaki sportif başarıları karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada, 2005-2015 dönemi arasında Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray ve Trabzonspor şirketlerine ait finansal tablolar kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada Türk spor kulüplerinin futbolda gösterdikleri başarıların ilgili spor şirketlerinin finansal tabloları üzerinde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmışt
bstract: In this research, the relationship between financial success of the sport companies with sportive victories of sport clubs in football are being tested by using TOPSIS Method. The rankings obtained by TOPSIS Method are compared with the sport clubs' sportive victories in football. Data set was obtained from Beşiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor companies' financial reports traded in The Stock Exchange İstanbul in 2005-2015 period. In the study, it was occurred that the success of the Turkish sports clubs on the football have a positive effect on the financial statements of the related sports companies.
