Publication: Construction an inventory management and stock control system by means of forecasting techniques
Abstract
TAHMİN TEKNİKLERİ YARDIMIYLA ENVANTER YÖNETİM VE STOK KONTROL SİSTEMİ KURULMASI Envanter modelleri, envanter yönetiminde büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, envanter modellerinin teorik yapısı açıklanmıştır. Bunun yanısıra, envanter modellerinin envanter yönetimindeki önemi açıklanmıştır. Etkili envanter kontrolu, firmaların toplam başarısına önemli katkı yapmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasının asıl amacı; Firmanın envanter modelini belirlemektir. Literatürdeki envanter modelleri göz önünde bulundurularak, firmanın parametre ve varsayımlarına göre, Dinamik Deterministik Envanter modeli seçilmiştir. Bu çalışmayla birlikte, Firma ile ilgili tüm çalışmalarda Dinamik Deterministik Envanter model varsayımları kullanılabilir. Buna ek olarak, bir Excel uygulaması geliştirildi. Excel çalışma sayfası, üretim maliyeti, ilk hazırlık maliyeti ve elde tutma maliyeti verildiğinde firmanın envanter yatırımını minimize eden üretim miktarını hesaplamaktadır. Bu çalışmayla birlikte, bu tür planlama ve hesaplamalarda bu model ve çalışma sayfası kullanılabilir.
CONSTRUCTION OF AN INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND STOCK CONTROL SYSTEM BY MEANS OF FORECASTING TECHNIQUES Inventory models have a great importance in inventory management. In this study inventory models, theoretical structure have been explained. Furthermore, inventory models importance in inventory management have been described. Effective inventory control is recognised as making an important contribution to the overall success of the firms. The main objective of this thesis study is to determine the inventory model of The Company. According to company parameters and assumptions using Inventory models in the literature Dynamic Deterministic Inventory model is selected. From this thesis study on all studies about The Company Dynamic Deterministic Inventory Model assumptions can be used. In addition, an Excel spreadsheet has been developed. This spreadsheet calculated the production quantity that minimizes The Company inventory investment under the given production cost, set up cost and holding cost. From this thesis study on, for that kind of planning and calculation this model and this spreadsheet can be used.
