Abstract
EMG KONTROLLÜ ALT EKSTREMİTE REHABİLİTASYON DENGE SİSTEMİ Yürüme ve denge ile ilgili problemlerde, kasların gelişimi ve rehabilitasyonu için kullanılan denge tahtaları genel olarak basit yapılı ve hastanın hareketlerini kontrol etmeyen rastgele salınımlar ile hastanın dengesini bozarak farklı bölgelerdeki kasların kasılmasını, gelişmesi ve tedavisini amaçlayan gereçlerdir. Denge tahtaları protez uygulanmış alt ekstremite amputelerinin denge eğitiminde, temel duruş problemleri sonucu oluşan sırt ve bel ağrılarının tedavisinde, özellikle günlük hayattaki aktiviteleri etkileyen duruş bozukluklarının tedavisinde ve sporcuların denge hakimiyetinin artırılmasında kullanılır. Denge kontrolü, duyusal girdilerin bütünleşmesi yanında esnek hareket şekillerinin planlanması ve uygulanmasını içeren karmaşık bir motor yetenektir. Bu motor hareket, vücudu ağırlık merkezindeki kuvvet ve momentlerin toplamının sıfır olduğu duruma getirmeye çalışmaktadır. Denge durumunda vücut ağırlık merkezindeki kuvvet ve momentler toplamı sıfırdır. Bu çalışmada denge kabiliyetinin iyileştirilmesi amaçlanmış ve denge iyileştirme amacına uygun mevcut araç ve uygulamalara alternatif özgün bir denge sistemi oluşturulmuştur. Denge sistemi, denge egzersizlerinin tek eksen serbestlik derecesinde yapılabildiği şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Denge sisteminde egzersiz esnasında ki düşme ve yaralanmaları önleyici bir manyetik fren, denge tahtası mekanik tasarımına eklenmiştir. Çalışma da ayrıca hastanın takip edeceği gerçek zamanlı bir ara yüz denge tahtası salınım verileri ve iyileştirilmesi amaçlanan ilgili kas cevapları hastaya görsel geri bildirim olarak sunulmuştur. Egzersiz esnasında denge tahtası üzerinde yapılan salınımlar ağırlık merkezinin yerini değiştirmekte, vücudun bu değişime uyum sağlamak için yarattığı kasılmalar ile dengenin gelişmesi planlanmaktadır.
EMG CONTROLLED BALANCE SYSTEM FOR LOWER LIMB REHABILITATION Problems with walking and balance, muscle development and rehabilitation of balance boards are used to control the movements of the patient's overall not as simple as moving randomly built and disrupting the balance of the patient to contract the muscles in different regions, the development and management tools for aiming. Amputees prosthetic lower limb balance training balance boards, back and lower back pain as a result of problems in the treatment of the basic stance, posture, especially in the treatment of disorders that affect daily life activities and athletes are used in improving the balance maintained lair. Stability control, the movement patterns of sensory inputs as well as flexible integration with planning and implementation of complex motor skill. This motor moves the body, the center of gravity is working to bring the forces and moments are zero sum. In equilibrium the sum of forces and moments on the center of gravity of the body is zero. In this study, improvement of balance ability is aimed and an original balance system is formed as an alternative to the existing tools and applications in accordance with balance improvement objective. Balance system is designed to give an ability to make exercise at a uniaxial degree of freedom. A magnetic brake is added to the mechanical design of balance system in order to prevent the falling and getting injured during the exercise on the balance system. In this study, in addition, with a real-time interface program that patient can follow, balance board oscillation data and relevant muscle responses which is aimed to be rehabilitated are provided patient with visual feedback. Oscillations that are done during the exercise on the balance board change the center of gravity. With the contractions that body gives as a response to this change, development of balance is planned.
