Ayçiçek yağı sanayi işletmelerinde maliyet muhasebesi düzeni

Abstract

Ayçiçek yağı sanayi sektörü sektörü Türkiye açısından en önemli sektörlerden birisidir. Bunun nedeni ayçiçek bitkisinden; yağ, yem, boya maddesi, yakıt ve çok az miktarda da olsa sabun yağı elde edilmesidir. Ayçiçek yağı sanayi sayesinde ambalaj, kimya ve yem sanayi de canlılık kazanmaktadır. Ayçiçek yağı Türkiye' nin ithalat ve ihracatını yaptığı bir maddedir. Trakya Bölgesi, Türkiye' de üretilen ayçiçek yağının %75' ini ürettiği için ayrıca bir önem arzetmektedir. Bölgese pek çok modern tesis bulunmaktadır. Ancak sektörün sorunları da çok fazladır. Sorunları çiftçi, kooperatifler ve ayçiçek yağı işletmeleri bazında ele almakta fayda vardır. Ayçiçek yağı işletmeleri; faaliyet sonuçlarını iyi değerlendirmek, alacakları kararlarda etkin olabilmek ve devlete karşı olan vergi yükümlülüklerini doğru şekilde yerine getirebilmek için muhasebe uygulamalarını Maliye Bakanlığı' nın ve ilgili mevzuatın emri doğrultusunda yapmak zorundadırlar. Ayçiçek yağı işletmelerinde uygulanan Tekdüzen Hesap Planı' nın diğer işletmelerden belirgin bir farkı bulunmamakla beraber stoklar işletmenin uyguladığı üretim sistemine uygun olarak detaylandırılır. COST ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN SUNFLOWER OIL INDUSTRY FIRMS The sector of sunflower oil industry is one of the most important sector in Turkey. Because it is possible to have oil, seed, paint matter, fuel and soup oil after pressing of sunflower seed, also this sector supports packing, chemical and seed industries. Sunflower oil is an important export and import subject for Turkey. Trakya Region has a special importance about sunflower oil industry in Turkey, since 75 percent of production of sunflower feed is produced in this area. There are a lot of modern plants in Trakya Region. But this sector has much and various problems. It will be useful way to analyze these problems considering the different sides: farmers, cooperatives and sunflower oil industry firms. Sun flower oil industry firms must perform accounting procedures according to Fiscal Ministry orders and regulations on accountancy and taxation, because of accurate evaluation on term-ended results, efficient decisions for the future and appropriate taxation. Although there is no significant difference in Standart Accounting System between sunflower oil industry firms and th others, based this kind of agriculture firms have some organizational features on their accounting information system, should be considered and discussed. Also, firm costing system is based on process costing, because of specialty of their production system.
