Publication: Türkiye’de küresel finans krizinin etkileri ve analizi (2007-2016 yıllarında)
Abstract
Günümüzde, küresel krizlerin etkileri dünya genelinde daha fazla hissedilir haldedir çünkü ülkelerin uluslararası piyasalarda mal ve hizmet alışverişinin yaygınlık kazanması, bir ülkedeki ekonomik durgunluktan veya uluslararası piyasalardaki ufak bir fiyat değişimi birçok ülke tarafından hissedilir hale gelmektedir. 2008 yılında Amerika’da meydana gelen küresel finansal kriz tüm dünya tarafından hissedilmiş ve birçok ülke olumsuz bir şekilde etkilenmiştir. Bu krizden gelişmiş ülkelerin yani sıra gelişmekte olan ülkelerde özellikle yatırımların azalması seklinde etkilenmiştir. Gelişmekte olan ülkelerden birisi olan Türkiye’nin 2008 finansal krizden nasıl etkilendiği ve sonuçlarının temel makroekonomik göstergeler üzerindeki etkilerinin ortaya konulması bu tez çalışmasında amaçlanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, Türkiye ekonomisinin 2008 finansal krizden etkilendiği görülmekle beraber, ekonomik büyümenin azda olsa devam ettiği gözlemlenmektedir.
Today, the impacts of global crises are more noticeable around the world because the exchange of goods and services in countries is becoming widespread, and the economic recession in one country or a small price change in international markets is becoming felt by many countries. Afterwards, the global financial crisis in America in 2008 was felt by the whole world and many countries were affected negatively. Developed countries as well as developing countries were affected by this crisis in the form of decrease in investments. This thesis aims to reveal how Turkey was affected by the 2008 financial crisis and the effects of its financial results on key macroeconomic indicators. As a result, it was seen that while Turkey's economy was affected by the 2008 financial crisis, though economic growth continued even a little.
