Abstract
Ahlak, Etik, İş Etiği, İş Etiğinin Kurumsallaşması, Örgüt Kültürü ÖZET İŞ ETİĞİNİN KURUMSALLAŞTIRILMASINDA ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜNÜN ETKİSİ İşletmelerde iş etiğinin kurumsallaşması, günümüz rekabetçi ekonomik sisteminde işletmelerin sağlıklı işleyebilmesi için çok önemli bir işlev görmektedir. Bu çalışmada iş etiğinin kurumsallaşmasının önemi vurgulandıktan sonra, bunun için izlenebilecek doğrudan ve dolaylı kurumsallaşma yöntemleri teorik bir çerçevede ortaya konularak, iş etiğinin kurumsallaşmasında örgüt kültürünün etkisi incelenmektedir. Örgüt kültürünün iş etiğinin kurumsallaşmasındaki rolü ve etik davranışlara etkisini inceleyebilmek için beş bölümlük teorik bir çalışma hazırlanmıştır. Örgüt kültürünün iş etiğini kurumsallaştırmadaki etkisini ortaya koymak için, bu alanda yapılmış teorik ve uygulamalı bazı çalışmalara yer verilmiş ve bu çalışmaların sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Bir işletmenin örgüt kültürünün etik bir anlayışla oluşturulup sürekli desteklendiğinde, iş etiğinin de o kültürün bir parçası haline geleceği ve işletmenin geneline yayılıp, kurumsallaşacağı sonucuna varılmıştır. THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON INSTITUTIONALİZATION OF BUSINESS ETHICS Institutionalization of business ethics in business organizations has a very important function for business organizations’ operating wholesomely in nowadays competitive economic system. In this study, after the importance of institutionalization of business ethics had been emphasized, expilicit and implicit ways of institutionalization was revealed in a theoretical frame and the effect of organizational culture on institutionalization of business ethics was studied. A theoretical study that consists of five parts was prepared to analyze the role of organizational culture on institutionalization of business ethics and the effect of organizational culture on ethical behaviours. Some theoretical studies and field works were touched on to exhibit the effect of organizational culture on institutionalization of business ethics. Then the results of these studies were evaluated. It was concluded that when a business organization’s culture was composed in an ethical concept and supported constantly, the business ethics would become a part of the culture, spread whole organization and institutionalize.
