Toplam kalite anlayışında lojistik yönetimi

Abstract

TOPLAM KALİTE ANLAYIŞINDA LOJİSTİK YÖNETİMİ 1990'lı yıllarda birçokları için sadece askeri bir kavram olarak algılanan lojistik, günümüzde işletmelerin ve dolayısıyla ülkelerin rekabetçi üstünlüğü'nü belirlemede en önemli stratejik unsurlardan biri olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Türkiye'nin 1980 sonrası ihracata dayalı büyüme stratejisini benimsemesi lojistik hizmetler çerçevesindeki talebi de etkilemiştir. Bunun sonucu olarak Türk lojistik pazarının da önemli gelişmeler kaydettiği gözlenmektedir. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ise, gün geçtikçe hayatımızda daha fazla yer almaya başlayan kalite olgusunun yarattığı ve sürekli gelişmekte olan bir süreçtir. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi, başta politika olmak üzere eğitimden sağlığa, hukuktan ekonomiye ve hatta gündelik hayatımızda, her düzeyde mal ve hizmet üretirken temel hedef olarak alınması zorunluluğunu gösterir. Böyle bir ortamda firmaların rekabet yarışında geride kalmamak ve hatta yarış dışında kalmamak için kendi tedarikçilerine ve müşterilerine doğru zamanda ve istenilen şekilde ulaşması ancak lojistik planlaması ve kalite yönetimi ile olacaktır.

LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT IN TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT Although perceived as a military concept for everybody in 1990s, today logistics is evaulated as one of the most important strategic elements in determining the rivalry superiority of the companies and consequently the countries. Turkey's growing strategy depending on exporting after 1980 has affected the requests in the limits of logistic services. As a result of this, Turkish logistic market has recorded important progress. Total Quality Management is a constantly developing process created by the quality fact which takes part in our lives more and more everyday. Total Quality Management, shows the basic target that we must take during the production in both goods and services from education to health care, law to economics and on top of all, politics. In such ambience, it's only possible with the logistics planning and quality management for the companies to reach their own suppliers and customers in the right time and the right way so that they don't stay out of the rivalry and the competition.
