Abstract

Osmanlı Dönemi, Hattat İmzaları ÖZET OSMANLI DÖNEMİNDE HATTAT İMZALARI Çalışmamızın konusunu, Osmanlı döneminde büyük bir gelişme gösteren hat sanatında hattat imzaları oluşturmaktadır. Başta Şeyh Hamdullah olmak üzere deha çapında birçok hat üstadının elinde şekillenen hat sanatı, bu dönemde büyük önem kazanmış ve estetik açıdan önemli bir düzeye yükselmiştir. Hat tarihi boyunca hattatlar eserlerinde, o eserin kime ait olduğunu gösteren çeşitli formlarda imzalar kullanmışlardır. Hatta her hattatın kendine özgü bir imza şekli oluşmuştur denilebilir. Bu imzalar, genellikle kolay okunabilen ve belli bir estetik özelliğe sahip imzalardır. Bazı imzalar satır halinde yazılmış olup bu imzalarda sadece hattatın adı kullanılmamış, kendi adı yanında hocasının adı, eserin yazıldığı yer, tarih veya durum da belirtilmiştir. Satır halindeki imzalarda dua içeren ifadelere yer verildiği gibi bu ifadelerin yanında hattatın tevazuunu belirten kelimelere rastlanmaktadır. Diğer bir imza çeşidi ise istifli imzalardır ki bunları, sadece hattatın ismini içeren imzalar ve girift kelimeler halinde kompoze edilen imzalar olmak üzere iki kısma ayırabiliriz. Bu tezde yüzlerce eser incelenerek, Osmanlı döneminde hattat imzalarının gelişim süreci, teknik ve estetik detayları ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. The Ottoman Period, Calligrapher SignaturesTHE CALLIGRAPHER SIGNATURES OF THE OTTOMAN PERIOD The theme of our work is the signature of calligraphers as calligraphy art progressed the Ottoman period. The art of Calligraphy came into prominence and gained high position in terms of aesthetic influence with master calligraphers, particularly Sheik Hamdullah. Throughout the history of Calligraphy, calligraphers have used a unique signature to show whom a specific piece of art work belongs to. As a matter of fact, every calligrapher had his own signature which could be easily recognized by its distinct style. Some signatures included not only the name of the calligrapher but also the name of the teacher, the place and the date of the work. While some signatures included some sort of supplication and words showing the nobleness of the calligrapher. Another type of signature is a stacked signature which is known in two types: one includes the name of the calligrapher, the other includes intricate words. This theses deal with the progress of the signatures of calligraphers in the technical and aesthetic sense the Ottoman period through the examination of hundreds of pieces of artwork.
