dc.description.abstractBilgi toplumu 20. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru sanayi toplumunun yerini almaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada bilgi toplumunun tanımı yapılmış, bilgi toplumu olma yolunda Türkiye'nin eylem planları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca bilgi profesyoneli olabilmek için mezun olunması gereken bölümler tanıtılmış ve ders programları nelerdir? Gibi sorular cevaplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerle arşiv personelinin karşılaştığı problemlerden bahsedilerek, bazı öneriler sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe information society began to replace the industrial society in the late 20th century. In this study, definition of information society in Turkey's action plan towards becoming a knowledge society were examined. In addition, to be a knowledge professional to be graduated departments are introduced and what are the curriculum? Questions are answered. With the data obtained, the problems encountered by the archive personnel are mentioned and some suggestions are presented.
