Publication: Genç erkek snowboardcularda stabil ve stabil olmayan zeminlerdeki koordinasyon uygulamaları ve farklı öğrenme yöntemlerinin denge, esneklik, çeviklik ve beceri üzerine etkisi
Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı 8 haftalık antrenman programının sonunda, genç erkek snowboardcularda stabil ve stabil olmayan zeminlerdeki koordinasyon uygulamaları ve farklı öğrenme yöntemlerinin denge, esneklik, çeviklik ve beceri üzerine etkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Araştırma için Marmara Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Etik kurul onayı alındıktan sonra, çalışma grubu olarak Türkiye, Kars İli Sarıkamış İlçesinde Ş.B.B Anadolu Lisesi Spor Kulübünün altyapısında bulunan 15 yaş grubu genç erkek snowboarcular katılmıştır. Çalışmada tüm antrenmanların snowboard becerileri üzerinde etkili olduğu ancak etki düzeyinin farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda farklı öğrenme yöntemlerinin stabil olmayan zeminlerde yapılan antrenmanlardan ve standart antrenmanlardan daha etkili sonuçlarlar ortaya çıkardığı tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of different learning methods, coordination practices on stable and unstable grounds on balance, flexibility, agility and skills of young male snowboarders at the end of the 8-week training program. After receiving approval for the study from the Ethics Committee of Marmara University Health Sciences Institute, a group of 15 years old young male snowboarders from the youth setup of Ş.B.B Anatolian High School Sports Club located in the district of Sarıkamış in Kars, Turkey participated in the study. In the study, it was found that all the training was effective on snowboarding skills, but the effect level was different. As a result of the research, it was revealed that different learning methods led to more effective results than trainings on unstable grounds and standard trainings.
