Publication: Bir beşeri sermaye kavramı olarak uluslararası şirketlerde çalışan iyiliğinin şirketin ekonomik büyümesine etkisinin incelenmesi
Abstract
In this research, employee welfare was tried to be considered as a human capital method in companies, and as a result, an answer was sought to the question of whether employee welfare and personnel well-being have an effect on the economic growth of companies. The concept of employee welfare as a human capital method is also the subject of human resources science, and many studies have been carried out in the literature in the last 30 years on this subject. However, in the past employee welfare studies, the survey method was generally used and there were not many studies on associating it with the economic growth of companies. However, studies in the field of human capital have been continuing continuously for the last 50 years. However, the concept of human capital is generally a subject of review in the macro field that states examine. In this study, employee welfare of an international company was examined according to human capital criteria. In addition, the concept of psychological well-being of the personnel has also been examined. According to Carol Ryff's 6-dimensional theory of psychological well-being in 1989, the staff well-being of the study was examined. During these examinations, generally qualitative data were used, primary and secondary sources in newspapers, websites and company career pages were used. In the research section; Since the selected companies are international and public companies, financial data were used and a significant pattern was sought between economic growth and company employee good as a result of this qualitative and quantitative data.
