Publication: Anahtarlamalı güç kaynaklarının performanslarının teorik ve uygulamalı olarak incelenmesi
Abstract
ANAHTARLAMALI GÜÇ KAYNAKLARININ PERFORMANSLARININ TEORİK VE UYGULAMALI OLARAK İNCELENMESİ Bu tez çalışmasında öncelikle azaltan, artıran, ileri, geri dönüşlü, itme-çekme tipi, tam köprü ve yarım köprü güç kaynaklarının çalışmaları incelendi. Bu güç kaynaklarının tasarımları yapılarak baskılı devre çizim programında baskılı devre çizimleri yapıldı. Pratikteki çalışmalarının ve performanslarının analizleri için birer adet üretimi gerçekleştirildi. Tasarlanan kartların performans analizleri için akım, gerilim ve sıcaklık verilerini toplayıp seri port aracılığı ile bilgisayara aktaran veri toplama ve sayısal kontrol kartının tasarımı yapıldı. Kullanıcı ara yüz yazıldı ve bu kartın baskılı devresi çizilerek bir adet üretildi. Sayısal kontrol kartı için denetim algoritması geliştirildi. Her bir topoloji sayısal kontrol kartı ile denetlendi ve performansları incelendi. Sonuç olarak anahtarlamalı güç kaynaklarının en temel topolojilerinin esnek bir şekilde kontrol edilebileceği, tüm parametrelerinin rahatlıkla bilgisayar ortamına aktarılabileceği ve sayısal kontrol algoritmalarının rahatlıkla denenebilineceği bir ortam gerçekleştirildi.
THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ANALAYSIS OF SWITCHED MODE POWER SUPPLY’S PERFORMANCE In this study, first of all switched mode power supply topologies which is buck, boost, forward, flyback, push-pull, full bridge and half bridge have been dwelled on. In these topologies Boost, Buck, Push Pull, Fly Back and H Bridge types are designed. In Eagle program lay outs of designed topologies are created. In order to make performance analysis and to see working of them, prototype of each other is made. In performance analysis in order to observe current, voltage and temperature parameters of topologies digital control board which has communication ability with PC is designed and layout is created and also prototype of it is made. In control board user interface software is developed. Control algorithm which is runnig on digital control board is developed. Each of power topology board is controlled by digital control board and performances of them at practice are measured. In conclusion, experiment set up of switched mode power supply basic topologies which have flexible control structure, easily transferring all parameters to PC, and easily trying of control algortihm is created.
