Abdülkâdir Sadreddîn’in ez-Zerî‘a ilâ ‘ilmi’ş-Şerî‘a adlı eseri ve tahlili

Abstract

Fıkıh usûlü konusunda yazılan klasik eserlerin dili Arapçaydı. Bu da eserlerin toplum tarafından anlaşılmasında zorluk oluşturuyordu. Osmanlı Devleti’nde 19. Yüzyıl itibariyle fıkıh usûlü konusunda o güne hitab edecek Türkçe eserler kaleme alınmaya başlandı. İşte Abdülkâdir Sadreddîn Efendi’nin ez-Zerî‘a ilâ ‘ilmi’ş-Şerî‘a adlı eseri bu bağlamda yazılmış ve tez konusu olarak seçilmiştir.Tez üç ana bölümde çalışılmıştır. Birinci bölümde Abdülkâdir Sadreddîn Efendi’nin adı ve nesebi, ailesi, ilmî şahsiyeti, görevleri, son günleri ve vefatı, eserleri ile müellif hakkında yapılan çalışmalar ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ez-Zerî‘a ilâ ‘ilmi’ş-Şerî‘a adlı eserini telif sebebi, telif yeri ve zamanı, eserin dil ve uslubu, eserin konuları ve tertibi ve eserin kaynakları ve değeri şeklinde beş başlık altında tahlili yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise eser latinize edilmiştir.

The language of the classical works written on the method of Fiqh was Arabic. This was a difficulty in understanding the works by the community. As of the 19th century, Turkish works began to be written about the fiqh in the Ottoman State. Here is the work of Abd al-Kader Sadr al-Din, al-Zeria ilâ ilm al-Sharia, written in this context and chosen as the subject of thesis.The thesis was studied in three main sections. In the first chapter, the name of Abd al-Kader Sadr al-Din and his lineage, his family, his scientific personality, his duties, his last days and his death, the studies about the author were discussed. In the second part, the work of al-Zeria ilâ ilm al-Sharia was conducted under five headings in the form of copyright reason, copyright place and time, the language and style of the works, the subjects of the composition, type of work, the resources and value of the artifact. In the third part, the work was transferred to latin letters.
