Ergenlerde Helikopter Ebeveyn Tutumu, Şişirilmiş Benlik: Duygusal Özerklik, Sosyal Kaygı Değişkenlerinin Aracı Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma 14-17 yaş arası ergenlerin duygusal özerklik ve sosyal kaygı düzeylerinin şişirilmiş benliklerini yordama gücünü belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı İstanbul il merkezinde bulunan 9faklı ortaöğretim okulunda 9.,10. ve 11. sınıfta okuyan 198'i (%48,2) kız ve 213'ü (%51,8) erkek olmak üzere toplam 411 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Algılanan Helikopter Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği (AHETÖ), Şişirilmiş Benlik Duygusu (Ego Enflasyonu) Ölçeği, Duygusal Özerklik Ölçeği (DÖÖ), Liebowitz Sosyal Kaygı Ölçeği ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır.Yapılan korelasyon analizindenelde edilen bulgular neticesinde helikopter ebeveyn tutumunun, sosyal kaygı ile arasındaki ilişkinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğuancak duygusal özerklik ile arasındaki ilişkinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlıolmadığı görülmektedir.Ayrıcahelikopter ebeveyn tutumu ileşişirilmiş benlik arasındaki ilişkidesosyal kaygı değişkeninin aracılık rolü incelendiğinde, helikopter ebeveyn tutumu ileşişirilmiş benlik arasındaki ilişkinin anlamlıolmadığı, modeldeki diğer ilişkilerin anlamlıolduğu,sosyal kaygı değişkeninin modelde tam aracı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

This study was conducted to determine the ability of adolescents between 14-17 ages to predict their bloated self and their levels of emotional autonomy and social anxiety.The study group consists of a total of 411 students, 198(48.2%) girls and 213(51.8%) boys, who were in 9th,10th and 11th grade in 9 different secondary schools in Istanbul city center in 2018-2019 academic year.Perceived Helicopter Parent Attitude Scale(HPAS), Exaggerated sense of Ego AScale, Emotional Autonomy Scale(EAS), Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale and Personal Information Form wereused as data collection tools.As a result of the correlation analysis, it was seenthat the relationship between helicopter parental attitude and social anxiety was significant, but the relationship between emotional autonomy was not significant.When the mediating role of social anxiety variable in the relationship between helicopter parental attitude and inflated self was examined, it was found that the relationship between parental attitude and inflated self was not significant,other relationships in the model were significant, and the social anxiety had full mediator role in the model.
