Publication: AKILCI İLAÇ KULLANIMI İLE İLGİLİ HASTANE UYGULAMALARININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: ASİSTAN HEKİMLER ÖRNEĞİ
Abstract
Bu çalışmada akılcı ilaç kullanımı ile ilgili hastanede yapılan çalışmaların asistanhekimler üzerindeki etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda KSÜ Sağlık Uygulamave Araştırma Hastanesi’nde görev yapan 71 asistan hekim üzerinde bir çalışma yapılmıştır.Verilerin analizinde SPSS 20.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada asistan hekimlerin çoğununbu konuda eğitim aldığı fakat ilgili komiteyi etkili bir şekilde kullanamadığı ve genel olarakkalite alanında yapılan çalışmalar hariç diğer alanlarda yapılan çalışmaları olumlu bulduklarıbelirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak verilen eğitimlerin daha etkin ve etkili bir şekilde tasarlanmasıve hastane içinde yapılan bilinçlendirme ve farkındalik yaratma çalışmalarına daha fazlaodaklanılması gerektiğine vurgu yapılmıştır.
This study attempts to reveal the effects of the studies, conducted in the hospital setting, about rational drug use on the assistant physicians. In this regard, a survey was carried out with 71 resident physicians working in KSU Health Practice and Research Hospital. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 package program. It has been determined that the majority of the resident physicians received training on this subject, but could not use the related committee effectively, and that they have positive opinions about overall research on this subject, except the ones conducted in the field of quality. In conclusion, it is recommended to design the training more effectively as well as focusing on activities in hospital to further raise awareness in this regard.
