Abstract
Türkçe liken terminolojisinin oluşmasına katkıda bulunmak amacıyla bu çalışmada likenolojide sık kullanılan terimlerin Türkçe karşılığı olarak kullanılmaya aday 10 adet liken terimi önerilmektedir. Likenoloji yerine likenbilim, likenolog yerine likenbilimci, substrat yerine özortam terimleri, simbiyoz ve simbiyont yerine sırasıyla ortakyaşam ve ortakyaşar kelimeleri, ayrıca likenlerin yaşam ortamlarıyla ilgili bitkicil, kalkercil, likencil, yosuncul terimleri önerilmiştir. Bu terimler ile ilgili sözlük anlamları, tanımlamalar ve etimolojik bilgiler de verilmiştir.
In order to contribute to the formation of the Turkish lichen terminology, 10 candidate lichen terms as the Turkish equivalents of frequently used terms in lichenology are proposed to be used in this study. These are for lichenology, lichenologist, substrate, symbiosis and symbiont words respectively, likenbilim, likenbilimci, özortam, ortakyaşam and ortakyaşar, also those related to living environments of lichens are bitkicil, kalkercil, likencil and yosuncul terms proposed. Dictionary meanings, descriptions and etymological information about these terms are also given.
