Öğretmenlerin 360 derece performans değerlendirme sistemi ile ilgili görüşleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı 360 Derece Performans Değerlendirme Sistemi ile ilgili öğretmenlerin bakış açılarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırma, 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılı Kocaeli ili Çayırova ilçesindeki resmi ortaokullarda çalışan 25 öğretmen üzerinde gerçekleşmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. 5 adet demografik, 6 adet açık uçlu sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizine başvurulmuş ve bu amaçla NVIVO 10 kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada öğretmenlerin mevcut denetim sisteminden memnun olmadıkları ve performans değerlendirme sistemine olumlu baktıkları görülmüştür. Öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendiriciler okul müdürü, öğrenciler, aynı zümre meslektaşları ve öğretmenin kendisi olmalıdır. The purpose of this study is to reveal the viewpoint of teachers about 360 Degree Feedback. The present research was conducted with 25 teachers whom from secondary schools in 2014-2015 academic year in Çayırova, Kocaeli. In this study semi-structured interview method in qualitative research designs was used. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 5 demographic and 6 open-ended questions was prepared. Content analysis was used to analyze the data obtained in the research and for this purpose, NVIVO 10 programme was used. In this study, it’s seen that teachers are not satisfied with the existing control system and look at the positive performance evaluation system. According to the teachers' opinions, evaluators can be school principals, students , same branch teachers and self-assessment. Again according to the teachers' opinions, parents should take place among the evaluators. Key Words: 360 Degree Feedback, Inspection.
