2006 ilköğretim müzik programının uzman ve öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim kurumlarında müzik dersine giren öğretmenlerin ve uzmanların görüşleri doğrultusunda 2006 Müzik Öğretim ncelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tarama modeli ile yapılan araştırmada şu sorulara cevap aranmıştır: 1.Öğretmenlerin, 2006 Müzik Öğretim leri nelerdir? 2.Öğretmenlerin, 2006 Müzik Öğretim uygulama yeterlilikleri ile ilgili görüşleri nelerdir? 3.Öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin 2006 Müzik Öğretim nın öngördüğü becerilere sahip olma durumları ile ilgili görüşleri nelerdir? 4.Öğretmenlerin, 2006 Müzik Öğretim nın gerektirdiği fiziki ortam ve araç-gereç yeterlilikleri ile ilgili görüşleri nelerdir? Araştırmanın örneklemi, İstanbul ili ilköğretim okullarında müzik derslerine giren 131 öğretmen ve görüşleri alınan 3 uzmandan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Müzik Öğretimi Program Değerlendirme Anketi kullanılmıştır. Marmara Üniversitesi Anket Sistemi’ne yerleştirilen ankete, İstanbul ilinde müzik derslerine giren 41 öğretmen yanıt vermiştir. 90 öğretmenin görüşleri de, İstanbul Müzik Öğretmenleri sempozyumuna iştirak eden öğretmenlere random olarak uygulanmak sureti ile alınmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında analiz edilmiş, bu analizlerde frekans ve yüzde dağılımları, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma, bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve Pearson’s momentler çarpım korelasyonu teknikleri kullanılmış ve elde edilen istatistiksel çözümlemeler yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin 2006 Müzik Öğretim Programına ilişkin görüşlerinin daha çok ortalarda olduğu, ‘Hiç katılmıyorum’ ile ‘Tamamen katılıyorum’ gibi uçlarda görüş bildirmedikleri ve programa ilişkin düşüncelerinin çok olumlu olmadığı görülmüştür. Uzmanlar ise 2006 Müzik Öğretim nın özellikle uygulama aşamasında sorunlar olduğunu belirtmişlerdir.

In this study, the views of the teachers who attend music class in primary schools and experts of the field about the 2006 Music Education Curriculum are tried to be assessed. In the research survey model was used and those questions were answered. 1. What are the views of teachers about the Music Education Curriculum, 2006? 2. What are the views of teachers regarding the application sufficiency of Music Education Curriculum, 2006? 3. What are the views of teachers about the skills of the students related to the Music Education Curriculum, 2006? 4. What are the views of instructors related to the physical environment and material sufficiency, which the Music Education Curriculum, 2006 required? The sample of the research consists of 131 instructors who have attended music classes in primary schools in İstanbul and 3 experts. In the research, the Personal Information Form and the Music Education Curriculum Assessment Questionnaire designed by the researcher were used. 41 teachers, who have attended music classes in İstanbul, replied to questionnaire which is embedded to Marmara University Survey System. The views of 90 teachers who have participated to İstanbul Music Teachers Symposium were taken as well. The data collected from research is analyzed in computer setting, in these analyses frequency and percentage distribution, t-test for independent groups and Pearson product moments correlation techniques are used and statistical analyses that obtained is interpreted. At the end of research, the views of teachers about Music Education Curriculum, 2006 were mostly moderate. Most of the teachers didn’t present extreme opinions like “I strongly disagree” and “I completely agree”. In general their views about the curriculum are not positive. The experts pointed out that problems existed in practice stage of the Music Education Curriculum, 2006.
