Publication: Montaj hattında kapasite dengeleme ve verimlilik analizi
Abstract
Firmaların rekabet güçleri, kaynakların verimli ve etkin biçimde kullanılması sonucunda belirlenmektedir. Kaynakların verimli ve etkin biçimde kullanılması, montaj hatlarında, iş yüklerinin, iş istasyonlarına dengeli bir şekilde dağıtılması sonucu mümkün olmaktadır. Montaj hattı dengeleme problemi, montaj hattı yapan işletmelerde, montaj işlemi sırasında, istasyonlar arasındaki öncelik ilişkileri dikkate alınarak iş istasyonlarında düzenleme yapılmasıdır.Yapılmış olan çalışmanın, birinci bölümünde üretim ve üretim sistemleriyle ilgili bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde montaj hattıyla ilgili detaylı bilgi verilmiş, yapılan literatür çalışması detaylı olarak ifade edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm olan uygulama kısmında da, işletmedeki montaj hattının, kapasite dengeleme öncesinde ve sonrasında incelemesi yapılmış, bu dengelemeye istinaden de birim fiyattaki değişim analiz edilmiştir. Tezde yapılan bu uygulamanın amacı, montaj hattında yapılacak hat dengeleme sonucundabirim maliyetlerin düşürülmesidir. Birim maliyetlerin düşürülmesi için, montaj hattındaki kısıtlar göz önüne alınmış, bu kısıtlara göre de operatörler arasındaki brüt maaş farklılığı ve iş adımlarının süreleri karşılaştırılarak Excel üstünde hat dengelemesi yapılmıştır. Excel tabanlı yapılan bu dengeleme, bir internet sayfası üstünde kodlanarak (https://verimlilikhesaplama.com/ ) test edilmiş ve dengeleme sistemi de sistem internet tabanlı bir ortam üstünde de kurulmuştur. Birim maliyet iyileştirme çalışması da Excelüstünde yapılmış, matematiksel model oluşturularak gerçek sistem değerleri ile ilk durum ve oluşturulan diğer olası durumlar arasında farklılık gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca montaj hattı dengeleme sistemine ilişkin genel görüşler ve uygulama sonucunda alınan sonuçlara göre genel görüş ve önerilere de yer verilmiştir.
The competitive power of firms is determined by the efficient and effective use of resources. In order to reduce unit costs, the constraints in the assembly line were taken into consideration and line balancing was performed on Excel by comparing the gross salary differences between the operators and the duration of the work steps. This balancing based on Excel has also been tested on a web page (https://verimlilikhesaplama.com/ ) and the balancing system has been installed on an internet-based environment. Unit cost improvement study was also done on excel and a mathematical model was created and a difference was observed between the actual system values and the other conditions. In addition, general opinions and suggestions regarding the assembly line balancing system and the results obtained from the application are also included.
