Publication: 1990’lardan günümüze TV dizilerinde Türk aile yapısı
Abstract
90’LARDAN GÜNÜMÜZE TV DİZİLERİNDE TÜRK AİLE YAPISI “90’lardan Günümüze TV Dizilerinde Türk Aile Yapısı” adlı çalışmanın ilk bölümünde modernizm kavramının köküne inilerek gelişme ve zaman içinde değişme süreçleri incelenecektir. Modernizm hareketlerinin toplumsal ve bireysel hayata ne gibi etkileri olduğu incelenmeye çalışılacaktır. Batı’da başlayıp, Avrupa dışına yayılan bu hareket önce Osmanlı’yı daha sonra da Cumhuriyet Türkiye’sini nasıl etkilemiş, Türk modernleşmesi nasıl doğmuş ve gelişmiştir, sorularına cevap aranacaktır. İkinci bölümde ise, toplumun temel yapı taşı olan ‘aile’ kavramının tanımı ve toplumsal hayattaki karşılığı incelenecektir. Modernleşme hareketlerinin aile yapısına etkileri, modernleşme ile kadın-erkek ilişkilerindeki değişimler, Türk aile yapısının geçmişten günümüze kadar geçirdiği aşamalar yine bu bölümde ele alınacaktır. Ardından aile kurumu en çok etkileyen toplumsal hareketlerden biri olan kentleşme ve Türk aile yapısı üzerindeki etkileri ele alınacaktır. Modernleşmenin bir sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan kentleşme göç olgusu ile birlikte kırsal aile yapısını değiştirmiş, kentsel aile yapısına da çeşitli etkileri olmuştur. Bu iki aile yapısının karşılaştırmalı olarak inceleneceği bu bölümde, ne kentli olabilen ne de köylü kalabilen gecekondu aile yapısına da kısaca değinilecektir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde modernizasyon sürecinde televizyonun hayatımızdaki yeri ve nasıl popüler kültür nesnesi haline geldiği incelenecektir. Bugün evlerin değişmez ve vazgeçilmez eğlence aracı haline gelen televizyonun kendi içindeki çelişkileri tartışılacaktır. TV dizilerinin toplumu ne derece yansıttığı, gittikçe artan diz furyasının sebepleri, 1990’lar ve 2000’lerden oluşan bir dizi seçkisiyle, bu dizilerin Türk aile yapısına yansımaları ele alınacaktır.
THE TURKISH FAMILY STRUCTURE IN TV SERIES FROM 90’S UNTILL PRESENT In the first chapter of our study, The Structure of the Turkish Family in TV Series from 90's until Present, the term of 'modernity' is going to be examined into its roots and the process of its conceptual developments and changings is going to brought up to the daylight. The answer of the questions below are going to be discussed: How did this Western originated movements, which were spread through-out Europe, influence first the Ottoman Empire and finally the early Turkish Republic, how was the Turkish modernity born and how did it develope. In the second chapter, we are going to study the definition of 'the family' and its reflections to the social life. The effects of the modernity movements to the structure of the family, to the relationships between man-woman and the processes of the Turkish family structure from past till present are also going to be discussed in this chapter. This part also includes the urbanization, which is one of the most effective components for the building of the family structure, and its effects into Turkish family. The two different family types (rural and urban) will be comperatively studied and it's going to be given a brief information about the suburban family structure, which can not be defined neither urban nor rural. In the third and final chapter we will try to find out the role of the TV in our daily lives during the modernization process and how has it became an object for 'popular culture'. We will try to find out the reasons of the increasing number of TV series recently and we are going to discuss how this series reflect the society and the Turkish family structure, examining a selection of Turkish TV series 90's and 2000's.
