İstanbul’un Beşiktaş ilçe merkezinde gürültü düzeyleri belirlenerek gürültü haritasının oluşturulması

Abstract

Günümüzde, plansız kentleşme ile birlikte, hızlı nüfus artışı, göç ve sanayileşme çok çeşitli çevre sorunlarına neden olmaktadır. Bu sorunların en önemlilerinden birisi de gürültü kirliliğidir. Gürültü kirliliği ile birlikte insanlarda uykusuzluk, tedirginlik, verimsiz çalışma, konsantrasyon bozukluğu, aşırı sinirlilik gibi çok sayıda sağlık sorununun ortaya çıktığı bilinmektedir. Buradan hareketle yapılan çalışmada, İstanbul İl’i Beşiktaş ilçesinin gürültü haritası çıkarılarak, çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Beşiktaş ilçesi kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş olup, Mart 2009-Şubat 2010 tarihleri arasında 35 noktasından gece-gündüz, hafta içi-hafta sonu ve kış ve yaz olmak üzere yapılan ölçümlerle gürültü haritası oluşturulmuştur. Belirlenen noktalardan günün değişik saatlerinde ölçümler yapılmıştır. Ölçümler CEL-254 Digital Impulse Sound Level Meter (DISLM ) cihazı ile yapılmıştır. Analiz ve değerlendirmeler sonucunda, gürültü düzeyi en yüksek Barbaros Bulvarı Zincirikuyu Otobüs Durağı’da belirlenirken (79,55+4,22), en düşük düzey Yıldız Parkı İçinde Koruluk Bölge’de (49,30+5,47) saptanmıştır. Ölçümlerde, hafta içi gece, hafta sonu gündüz ve hafta sonu gece değerleri ile mevsime göre (yaz-kış) anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Gürültü kirliliği süreklilik göstermesi nedeniyle çoğu zaman fark edilmeyen ancak insan sağlığı üzerinde olumsuz etkiye sahip ciddi bir etkendir. Ülkemizde konuyla ilgili yönetmelikler ve bazı çalışmalar olmasına karşın uygulamada sorunlar görülmektedir. Yerel yönetimlerden başlayarak, makro düzeyde karar alıcıların konu ile ilgili önlemler alması, rekresyon alanlarının yaratılması ya da genişletilmesi, özellikle büyük kentlerde insan sağlığına olan olumsuz etkilerin ortaya çıkmadan yok edilmesine yararı olacağı düşünülmektedir. trafik gürültüsü, gürültü sorunları NOISE LEVELS DETERMINATION AND MAPPING OF ISTANBUL'S BESIKTAS DISTRICT CENTER

Today, along with unplanned urbanization, rapid population growth, migration and industrialization leads to a wide variety of environmental problems.From theese problems,one of the most important one is the noise pollution.Increasing with the noise level, suffering from insomnia, anxiety, unproductive work, lack of concentration, are known to accur health problems such as extreme nervousness. From this point of study, Besiktas district of Istanbul province by subtracting the noise map, and solutions are presented. Besiktas district is determined by convenience sampling method, between March 2009 and February 2010 from 35 day-night, weekday-weekend, and the noise map is obtained by measurements made in the winter and the summer. Measurements were made at different times of the day at specified points. Measurements CEL -254 Digital Impulse Sound Level Meter made with the device. As a result of analysis and evaluation, the noise level when determining the highest Barbaros Bulvari-Zincirikuyu Bus Station (79,55+4,22), the lowest level in Yıldız Parki Koruluk Region (49,30+5,47) was observed.
