FARKLI YÖNTEMLERE GÖRE HAZIRLANMIŞ GELİRTABLOLARININ KONSOLİDE EDİLMESİ

Abstract

Mevcut çalışma, hazırlanış bakımından değişiklik gösteren gelirtablolarının, konsolidasyon işlemleri sırasında yaratabileceği farklılıklarüzerine yoğunlaşmaktadır. Çalışmanın temeli, özellikle Almanya, Avusturya,İsviçre gibi ülkelerde kullanımı yaygın olan “Toplam Maliyet Yöntemi” veülkemiz de dahil olmak üzere Avrupa’nın genelinde kabul görmekte olan“Satış Maliyet Yöntemi” üzerine kurulmuştur. İlk bölümde her iki yöntemde detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmış, farklılıkları ve ortak yanları net birşekilde ortaya konuluş ve örnekler ile somutlaştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın ikincibölümünde ise bu yöntemlerin konsolidasyon işlemleri açısından yarattığıfarklılıklar üzerinde durulmuştur.

In this study, the authors examined the differences that income statements prepared and formed in different methods create during the consolidation process. It is a well known fact that, the “elusiveness” of the income statement posts has been preoccupying the experts for some time. From this point of view, the study is much more meaningful for practicians. The guideline of the study is based on the differences between “Total Cost Approach” which is commonly used in German-speaking countries and “Sales Cost Approach” which is widely accepted in Europe including our country. In the first part, both methods are handled in detail with explanatory exercises; and in the second part, the differences show up during consolidation process due to using these methods are discussed.
