HEMSBALL, YÜZME VE ORYANTİRİNG ANTRENÖRLERİNİN DUYGUSAL _x000D_ ZEKÂ DÜZEYLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Araştırmada hemsball, oryantiring ve yüzme spor dallarında ki antrenörlerin duygusal zekâ düzeyleri ile ilgili durum tespiti yapmak ve duygusal zekâ düzeylerinin bazı değişkenler ile ilişkisini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, mevcut durumu ortaya çıkartmayı amaçlayan betimsel ve ilişkisel taramaya yönelik bir yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, bağımsız spor federasyonlardan alınmış antrenörlük belgesine sahip İstanbul ilinde antrenörlük yapan antrenörler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmaya kolayda örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak gönüllülük esasına göre seçilen 132 antrenör katılmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak kişisel bilgi formu ve Asıl Form Schutte Duygusal Zekâ Testinden (SDZT-33-Tr) yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde normallik testi, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, standart hata, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Tamhane’s T2 çoklu karşılaştırma analizi test yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda antrenörlerin cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, eğitim aldıkları okul, spor branşı ve gelir durumları üzerinde yapılan analizler sonucunda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamış, sadece yaş değişkeninin (p<0.021) duygusal zekâ üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ve bu farkın nereden geldiğini tespit edebilmek için yapılan çoklu karşılaştırma analizi sonucunda farkın 18-23 yaş (p<0.009) ile 36 yaş üzerindeki antrenörler (p<0.009) arasında olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In the study, it was aimed to determine the emotional intelligence levels of the trainers in hemsball, _x000D_ orienteering and swimming sports branches and to reveal the relationship between emotional intelligence levels _x000D_ and some variables. In the research, a method for descriptive and relational scanning aimed at revealing the _x000D_ current situation was used. The universe of the research consists of the trainers who work as coaches in Istanbul, _x000D_ who have a coaching certificate from independent sports federations. 132 coaches selected on a voluntary basis _x000D_ using the convenience sampling method participated in the study. Personal information form and Original Form _x000D_ Schutte Emotional Intelligence Test (SDZT-33-Tr) were used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the data, _x000D_ normality test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, standard error, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and _x000D_ Tamhane's T2 multiple comparison analysis test methods were used. As a result of the study, no significant _x000D_ difference was found as a result of the analysis performed on the gender, marital status, educational status, _x000D_ school they received education, sports branch and income status of the trainers, only the age variable (p <0.021) _x000D_ was found to be a significant difference on emotional intelligence. As a result of the multiple comparison _x000D_ analysis performed to determine where this difference came from, it was determined that the difference was _x000D_ between trainers aged 18-23 (p <0.009) and those over 36 years old (p <0.009)._x000D_
