Abstract
Tefsir Usûlü, Metodoloji, Kur’ân ilimleri, İşlev, Yapı ÖZET TEFSİR USÛLÜ’NÜN YAPISI VE İŞLEVİ “Tefsir Usûlü’nün Yapısı ve İşlevi” ismini taşıyan tezimizin giriş kısmında araştırmanın konusu, amacı ve yöntemi ortaya konulmuş, kaynaklar değerlendirilmiştir. Giriş kısmında ayrıca tefsir usûlü ile ilgili bazı kavramlar ele alınmıştır. Tezimizin birinci bölümünde sadece tefsir usûlüne eleştirilerin yöneltilmediğini, fıkıh, hadis gibi diğer İslâmî ilimlere de bir takım eleştirilerin yöneltildiğini ortaya koymak adına önce adı geçen ilimlere yöneltilen, sonrasında tefsir usûlüne yöneltilen eleştiriler ele alınmış, tefsirin bir ilim olması noktasındaki tartışmalar dile getirilmiştir. Bunun yanında tarih boyunca bilinen tefsir usûlü ismini taşıyan eserler ile kavâidu’t-tefsir eserleri muhteva açısından değerlendirilmiş, benzer noktalar ve farklılıklar tesbit edilmiştir. Tezimizin ikinci bölümünde tefsirin; ulûmu’l-Kur’ân, Kur’ân tarihi ve tefsir tarihi ile olan ilişkisi ele alınmış ve her bir hususun Kur’ân tefsirine ve tefsir usûlüne katkısı ayrıntılı bir şekilde değerlendirilmiştir. Tezimizin üçüncü bölümünde Kur’ân’ın anlaşılması meselesi başta olmak üzere, mukaddime-tefsir usûlü ilişkisi ele alınmış, müfessirin tefsirini etkileyen unsurların yanında, tefsir usûlünün varlığı meselesi ayrıntılı olarak tartışılmış, tefsir usûlüne dair görülen bir takım eksiklere temas edilerek, bazı öneriler dile getirilmiştir. STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION OF METHODOLOGY OF QURANIC INTERPRETATION In the first part of the thesis titled “Structure and Function of Methodology of Quranic Interpretation”, it has been presented the scope, aim and methodology of the thesis and done literature review. It has also been considered some terms related to Methodology of Quranic Interpretation. In the first part of the thesis, with the aim of presenting the fact that not only Methodology of Quranic Interpretation has been criticized, but other Islamic disciplines have been also criticized, firstly critics against other Islamic disciplines, then critics against Methodology of Quranic Interpretation have been considered. Furthermore, works with title “Methodology of Quranic Interpretation” and Kavaidu’t-Tefsir (Quranic Interpretation Principles) have been reviewed in terms of scope and tried to find similarities and differences. In the second part of the thesis, the relation of Tafseer with Qur’anic disciplines and Qur’anic History has been considered and the contributions of each subject to Tafseer and its practices have been analyzed in detail. In the third part of the thesis, the understanding of the Quran, the relation between Mukaddime- Methodology of Quranic Interpretation, factors to affect exegetes’ commentary, existence of Methodology of Quranic Interpretation have been analyzed in detail and some suggestions have been offered touching upon some shortcomings as to Methodology of Quranic Interpretation.
