Serahsi’ de örf ve adet

Abstract

Doktrinler içinde örfe en fazla yer veren Hanefî ekolü olmuştur. Bu doktrin içinde de özellikle Mebsût adlı eseriyle Serahsî önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Araştırmamızda öncelikle modern dönemlerde yazılan eserlerden örfle ilgili temel başlıkları belirledik. Daha sonra ise CD yardımıyla Mebsûttaki örf ile ilgili malzemeyi tespit edip, bunları belirlediğimiz temel başlıklara göre tasnif ettik ve Serahsî'nin örf teorisini ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık.

The one that gives the most importance to customs among the doctrines is the Hanefian sect. In this doctrine especially Serahsî with his book Mebsût has a wide place. In our research, firstly, we determine the main articles releated to customs from the books, written in modern times. After that we found the material about custom in Mebsût with the help of CD and classified them with the main headlines we have choosen before. We tried to show the theory of customs of Serahsî.
